We’re excited to get your grooming essentials to you as quickly and smoothly as possible. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how shipping works.
🐾 Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
🐾 Shipping Times
Shipping times vary based on your location and carrier, but most orders arrive within 5–10 business days after shipping.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees
Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or high shipping volume
🐾 Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order details.
Any applicable taxes, shipping, or handling fees will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.
🐾 Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.
🐾 Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages
If your order appears to be delayed or marked as delivered but not received, please allow 48 hours before reaching out, as carriers sometimes update tracking late.
If your order still hasn’t arrived, contact us and we’ll be happy to help.
🐾 Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
Your order number
A photo of the damaged item or packaging
We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.
🐾 Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
